  • Heat oil in bottom of medium stockpan. Slice steaks into small slices, and coat in flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown steak slices in pan. Remove and set aside.
  • Add garlic, onions and mushrooms to pan and cook gently until softened and tender.
  • Add steaks back to pot and pour broth and wine over steak, and vegetable mixture. Simmer for 1 hour.
