  • Cook hamburger meat and drain fat. Stir in the taco seasoning mix when meat is done cooking. Follow directions on enchilada sauce packages.
  • Dip 8 corn tortillas in enchilada sauce mix and lay flat on 9" by 13" cake pan. Put about half of enchilada sauce mix in the meat and stir well. Put all meat on top of 8 corn tortillas, then cover all meat with some of the cheese. Dip the remaining 8 corn tortillas in the enchilada sauce mix. Put on top of the meat and cover the tortillas with the remaining sauce and add remaining cheese. Put onions on half of enchiladas if preferred.
  • Put in 400 degrees F oven for 25 min or until cheese is melted.
