I got this recipe from the American Heart Association some time ago. I have changed the recipe to out taste.
I put 1 can tomatoes, crushed and Italian seasonings also I put the tomato paste and tomato sauce in it to. It is very good like it is originally is but we like the tomato taste and Italian seasonings. I also put 3 cloves of garlic in it.
I grew up eating goulash, but this is even better than my mom's. I love the mushrooms in it. I added a can of undrained diced tomatoes at the end. It seemed a little thick, but that can made it perfect. Will definitely make often and I am not one to make the same thing more than a couple times.
One of the easiest goulash recipe I have ever made. It is very tasty and it taste better when you reheat it.
