  • Combine cream of mushroom soup, sliced mushrooms, sliced onion, and stewing meat in a slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until meat is tender, salt and pepper to taste.
  • In a separate pot cook your rice until rice is done. Salt rice to taste. Pour rice in a large baking dish, then pour the beef stew mixture over rice and let stand for 15 minutes and serve.
