  • In a sprayed, 5-inch fry pan, cook the ground beef until no pink shows over medium heat. Drain fat. Stir in chili powder till well coated. Set aside.
  • Cover a small cake-sized plate with about 20 round corn chips. Add the beef. Sprinkle Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese. Top with salsa.
  • Cover and put in the microwave for 45 seconds or until cheese melts. Enjoy!

Notes

To cut the fat, use lean ground beef and 2 low fat Kraft Singles. To cut time in the kitchen, prepare the one fourth pound of ground beef and store in the fridge in an air tight container.
