Make It

  • Cut the boneless skinless chicken breasts into strips lengthwise, then again into nugget type bite size pieces. Set them aside.
  • In a bowl big enough to fit 6 to 8 nuggets without making a mess, mix FRY CRISP with beer, adding it a little at a time until the batter is thick enough to evenly coat the chicken, but not so thin that it runs off the chicken either.
  • Coat the chicken with the batter mix and put 5 to 8 pieces in the fryer at a time, making sure they don't all clump together. Depending on how big your fryer is you might be able to do more at once.
  • Fry the Chicken until it is a nice golden brown, and then place on a plate with a handful of towels underneath so as to soak up excess grease. Lightly sprinkle salt over the chicken before it cools down too much.
  • Once all the chicken is made, enjoy!

Special Equipment Needed

It's a favorite for football games, family get togethers, or just every day meals. Good luck keeping people away from it while you're cooking it. It's best served really hot, and the best way I've found to keep it hot is to place it in the microwave with a plate over top of the chicken for insulation, without turning on the microwave of course.
