  • Lightly toast bagel in toaster.
  • Spray small frypan with cooking spray and heat pan at med-high heat. Fry egg whites - flip to cook other side. Add slice of cheese to top of egg white while still cooking 2nd side to let cheese melt.
  • Place egg & cheese on toasted bagel and close the sandwich.
  • Mmmmm... good!!
