  • Cream together sugars, butter and oil. Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream; stir until well mixed. Sift together in a separate bowl, flour, cinnamon, salt, soda and cocoa powder. Stir dry mixture into batter until combined. Stir in grated zucchini.
  • Pour into greased bundt pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake at 325 degrees for approx. 45 min. or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let cool on rack for 20 min. Then invert onto serving platter. When fully cooled, before serving, dust with powdered sugar.

If you can't wait 'till cool, is very good still warm when the chocolate chips are still gooey!!!!!!!!!! (always with a cold glass of milk!!)
