This recipe came from a friend of my fathers. The first time I had it I was about 15. I had to have the recipe. I am not a big fan of cheese balls but I could eat the whole thing.
I've made this several times and it's a hit everytime. I changed it by accident (didn't read the recipe) and mixed the meat in to the ball. I actually like it better! I've made different versions of it by adding a bit more lemon juice for a lighter taste or more Worchester sauce for a more savory taste. I love this recipe!!
