  • Cake: Preheat oven to 350*. Grease and flour a tube or bundt cake pan. Mix ingredients in order listed above.
  • Bake 45 - 50 minutes. Cool in pan 10 - 15 minutes. Turn out gently onto plate. Poke holes in cake about the size of a pencil in diameter.
  • Glaze: Combine all glaze ingredients in saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils. Pour hot glaze over cake.

    YOU CAN ALSO CHANGE THE FLAVOR BY USING DIFFERENT FLAVOR WINES IF YOU CAN FIND THE SAME, OR A VERY COMPLIMENTORY JELL-O FLAVOR. I HAVE USED PINA COCONETTA WINE & PINEAPPLE JELL-O, AND HAVE USED CHERRY LIQUEUR & CHERRY JELL-O, ETC. I ALWAYS HAD TO MAKE AT LEAST 3 OR 4 CAKES DURING THE CHRISTMAS FAMILY GET-TOGETHERS. VERY MUCH IN DEMAND!
