  • Start with a pretty bowl. Place the torn lettuce in first.
  • Then add the rest of the ingredients in the following order: spinach, veggie combo, tomato, shrimp, blue cheese, and parsley.
  • Put into the refrigerator until you are ready to eat. Then put on dressing.

Notes

A delicious summer meal! In order to encourage eating more salads I make about a cup of veggie combo at the beginning of the week and use it liberally on salads for the next few days.
