  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt and mix well. Set aside. In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy; beat in the egg and fold in the flour mixture slowly. Gently add blueberries and mix well.
  • Pour this batter into a prepared cake pan. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the crumb mixture with a fork and sprinkle this over the cake.
  • Bake for one hour then test with a toothpick; if it comes out clean then it is done.
  • Let cool for 15 minutes then un-mold and slice. Serve warm with whipped cream.
