  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and oil together until well combined. Add cake mix and beat until all is moistened. (Batter will be thick so you may need to hand stir the last few minutes.) Fold in blueberries. Pour into prepared bundt pan.
  • Bake for 50 minutes or until wooden skewer comes out clean. (There may be berries on the skewer.)
  • Cool cake on wire rack for 15 minutes, then invert onto serving tray. Cool completely. Sift powdered sugar over cake when completely cooled. (Cake may be served warm without powdered sugar.)

Special Equipment Needed


Tip: If blueberries are soft or mushy; sift flour over them tossing to coat. Discard extra flour before adding to cake mixture. This cake will disappear before your very eyes. Friends and family love this recipe and are making it all the time.
