  • In a small bowl, mix marinade ingredients. Pour into a resealable bag. Add salmon and refrigerate 1-6 hours.
  • Preheat gas grill to max high; shut off one side and lower the other side to low.
  • Remove salmon from marinade. Place salmon on Reynolds wrap and loosely wrap so it can steam.
  • Place salmon in wrap on non-heat side and cook for 25 minutes (3/4 lb piece). Test with fork (should be flaky).

Notes

*The bourbon needs to be the of the same quality that you serve to guest.

    This marinade was delish!! We actually forgot the ginger root but enjoyed the salmon as it was so much there was none left for the dog! Next time we are going to add the ginger root to see how it was intended to taste like. We sent this email to family in another state so they can enjoy this dish!! Thank You!
