  • Boil water for pasta and cook pasta according to package directions. While water is heating and pasta is cooking, in a large non-stick, non reactive pan, fry bacon crisp. Drain bacon on paper towels, then chop into bits, and remove bacon grease from pan except for 1-2 tsp.
  • Gently rub turkey breast with oil then sprinkle turkey breast cutlets with garlic seasoning and saute until cooked through. Let the turkey breasts rest for 3-4 minutes then roughly chop. Or if you have left over chopped turkey breast you may use this as well, just gently heat up in pan. Drain pasta.
  • In a large bowl mix pasta, tomatoes, avocado, bacon and turkey breast. Add enough ranch dressing to coat and gently mix all ingredients together. Can be served immediately or chill and serve cold. Good either way!
