  • Put crackers, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning in food processor. Mix until finely ground.
  • Store in airtight container. Keep in refrigerator until ready to use.

Notes

When ready to use, put some of the cracker mixture in a bowl. Baking temperature for all fish, pork chops, and chicken is 350 degrees. For Pork Chop: Dip into blended egg and milk mixture, and then dip into cracker mixture. Make sure it's well coated. Put pork chops into baking dish and bake 30 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 30 minutes. For Fish: Dip into blended egg and milk mixture, and then dip into cracker mixture. Make sure it's well coated. Put into baking dish and bake for 15 minutes, and then turn over and bake for 15 minutes longer or until brown on each side. For Chicken: Dip in milk, and then coat with cracker mixture. Make sure it's well coated. Put in baking dish and bake in oven for 30 minutes, then turn over and bake for another 30 minutes or until brown on each side. Put unused leftover cracker mixture in refrigerator until next use.
