  • Spray 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Mix ham or sausage with potatoes, bell pepper & onion. Spread in baking dish. Stir milk, Bisquick mix, salt and eggs until blended. Pour over potato mixture.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Uncover and bake 30 to 35 minutes or until light golden brown around edges. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Special Equipment Needed


You can sprinkle with cheddar cheese before you put it in the refrigerator. I don't because I don't like cheese! For variety you can stir in mushrooms with the potatoes and sprinkle bacon bits on top.
