  • Meanwhile, make your egg in a skillet over-easy.
  • Slide egg on top of your garlic toast. Grab a fork.

Notes

Most people consider bruschetta to have tomatoes and basil, but the Italians have many forms of bruschetta, and mine only takes 4 minutes.
