  • Rinse broccoli off. Then chop the head of broccoli into small pieces, put into medium bowl. Discard the stem of the broccoli.
  • Next cut the block of Kraft cheese into cubes, and add to broccoli. Chop the onion into fine small pieces. Add to broccoli and cheese. Cover and put in fridge.
  • Take the bacon and cook until done. Put on paper towels to soak up some of the grease, let cool. Take the broccoli mix out of fridge. Crumble bacon into it.
  • Mix together the mayo, sugar and the vinegar into the prepared broccoli mix. Stir until combined well. Eat as is or put in fridge to chill, and then eat.

Special Equipment Needed


This dish can be doubled if you have a big crowd to feed. You can use Kraft light mayo too. For people who can't use sugar you don't need too put any in, it’s still great without it. It goes well with any picnic or dinner for a side dish. Kids love this dish too. One way too get picky kids too eat. One more thing you can use a non calorie sugar too.
