  • Cook the bags of rice until done about 10 minutes. Drain and let it sit for about 15 minutes or until cooled.
  • Put the rice into a medium sized baking dish. Mix the soup, milk, and the broccoli, 1/2 the bag of cheese and the salt and pepper (optional) until well blended. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the top of the casserole.
  • Bake in a 350 degrees F oven until lightly golden brown and bubbly and serve.

Special Equipment Needed


This is a good side dish to go with that perfect meal. You can also put cut up cooked chicken breast inside of the mix to make just one meal. Mmm, it's so good!
