  • Combine first four ingredients in a medium bowl to make the dressing.
  • Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces and slice green onions, place in a large bowl. Add shredded mozzarella, almonds, sunflower seeds, and dressing, stir well.
  • Best if refrigerated overnight before serving.

Special Equipment Needed

Notes

To cut down on prep time use a large bag of broccoli florets instead of heads of broccoli. Slivered almonds are optional and I have used regular vinegar with no change in taste or quality.
