  • Turn oven on to temperature indicated on biscuit package. Poach chicken in water for 8-10 minutes or until done. Drain chicken. Shred chicken into a bowl and add hot wing sauce. Mix well*. Add 1 1/4 cup cheese to chicken.
  • Place biscuits on a cookie sheet and top each biscuit with a spoonful of chicken mixture. Top with more cheese.
  • Bake until biscuits are done, about 15 minutes. Serve with bleu cheese dressing and celery sticks.

Notes

*You may add more sauce to taste, since the sauce tends to soak into the chicken.

This is very good and easy to make. I also used cresent rolls. Served with ranch dressing for dipping.

This is so good. I made a few changes so it becomes totally finger food. I used flaky biscuits and divided them in half then wrapped the filling inside. I like spicy so I used pepperjack cheese. Big hit at the party with ranch dressing to dip them in.

I loved this! I did happen to make it twice and changed some of the ingredients that made a BIG change and enhanced the entire taste. I made hotwing sauce for the chicken, used left over baked ckicken and used Mozz/provolone cheese and tiny bits of Blue cheese instead of the monterey jack. you can also use Crescent rolls instead of the biscuit.
