  • Mixed cooked chicken, celery and hot sauce in a skillet. Add cream cheese and heat until melted. Remove from heat and add ranch dressing.
  • Pour into a greased 13x9 pan. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes. Top with cheese and cook until melted.
  • Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks or crackers.

Notes

Canned chicken can be substituted for diced chicken. Also, any top of cheese for the topping can be used.
