  • Put oil into a frying pan. Season chicken strips with salt and frying pan over a medium high heat, till slightly brown and fully cooked.
  • Remove chicken strips and add butter and hot sauce to pan and mix together. Add chicken strips and coat strips with sauce.
  • Layer salad ingredients on plates or bowls. Start with lettuce then add carrots, celery, tomato, cheese, bacon, and place chicken on top last. Serve ranch dressing or blue cheese on side.

Notes

* Add hot sauce to dressing for an extra kick.
