Notes

This recipe will stay fresh in the refrigerator for several days. This is a recipe that was shared in one of my Weight Watchers meetings. If giving nutrition information, on the point system, one cup is only 2 points with peanuts, and only 1 point without nuts. I've taken this dish to many potlucks and everyone has asked for the recipe. It's gotten to the point that I take printed copies of it with me to these parties.
