  • Cut cantaloupe in half. Remove and discard seeds; peel. Cut cantaloupe in chunks. In blender at medium speed, blend cantaloupe and 1 cup of milk until smooth; set aside.
  • In a medium size saucepan, sprinkle gelatin evenly over 1 cup of milk. Cook over meduim heat; until gelatin is dissovled. Stirring constantly. Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Pour mixture into 13’ by 9” baking pan. Cover and freeze until partially frozen, about 3 hours, stir every hour. Spoon mixture into chilled large bowl; with mix at medium speed, beat until smooth still frozen; return until firm, about 3 hours.
