  • Mix butter, protein powder and sugar substitute in food processor until thoroughly combined. Press into greased 8" cake pan and bake at 350F for 10 minutes (or until edges of crust are golden brown - do not over bake)
  • Combine cream cheese, Jell-O and sugar with electric mixer. Add vanilla and eggs and beat until smooth. Add heavy cream and mix, on high, until smooth and light.
  • Add mixture to prepared crust and bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before refrigerating. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight. Top with fluffy whipped heavy cream and enjoy!!
