  • Line an 11 x 7" brownie pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan and spray lightly with vegetable oil. In a large heavy saucepan, melt butter over low heat and add evaporated milk and sugar; whisk until smooth. Bring saucepan ingredients to a rolling boil on high heat stirring constantly.
  • Lower heat to medium high and set timer for three minutes while continuing to stir constantly.
  • Remove from heat and add vanilla, marshmallow creme, and chocolate chips and whisk until smooth. Add nuts if desired and stir and pour into prepared pan.

Special Equipment Needed


Place in refrigerator for two hours before cutting. Then flip onto cutting board, remove foil, and cut into squares, wiping knife with damp cloth to keep edges clean. Store in covered, air tight, container and keep in refrigerator. Remove 10 minutes before serving.
