  • 1. Peel cucumbers; cut in half length-wise; thinly slice into half circles.
  • 2. Chunk tomatoes and broccoli, removing seeds and stems respectively.
  • 3. Combine all veggies in large bowl; add onion salt, garlic pepper, crushed red peppers and paprika to veggies. Chill for 10-20 minutes.
  • 4. In small bowl, fold all dressing ingredients together and add all spices to taste.
  • 5. After veggies are chilled, mix in dressing.
  • 6. Eat right away, or chill so flavors combine.

Notes

Extra delicious if you top with Kraft Parmesan Cheese! or... Try serving as an appetizer or snack on top of wheat crackers! It's perfect and filling!!!
