  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together.
  • Pour into a greased 3 qt. casserole dish.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.

Substitutions can be made all over this recipe, that's how it got its name. My daughter was not fond of green beans so I used peas, I didn't have pimentos so I omitted them, I only had white rice on hand so I used that and I only use fat free mayo and the chicken (frozen boneless skinless tenderloins) I poached in water (you could probably use chicken broth/stock instead), so it wouldn't dry out in the baking process. A new recipe was born out of the above. Substitutions: You any veggie you have and/or like instead of peas. You may saute the onions if preferred. You may add pimentos for color. You may also substitute the white rice for long grain and wild rice or brown rice. Use whatever cheese you have on hand.
