  • Open cans of soup and pour in 2 qt. pot; add milk.
  • Clean broccoli and snip just the heads off. Cut into small pieces and add to soup mixture.
  • Cook for 15 minutes over med heat. Serve warm.

Notes

Good for cold nights with sandwiches.

    I was in a hurry and used frozen broccoli instead of fresh. My husband thought it was very good. I think the fresh would have been better. I'll try it next time.

    I like this recipe for the base, I did spice is with some each cheeses, 1/2 cup of instant mashed potato's for thickness and spices. This a good recipe to start with and then use you own taste adjust. Thank you

    my kids are hard to please and when they tried this I am glad to say I have found a healthy favorite for them. They want me to give this recipe to nanna so they won't have to hurt her feelings about some of her weid lunches.
