  • Mix together cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until mixed well and mixture is smooth.
  • In a 9 x 13 pan unroll 1 can of crescent rolls covering the bottom of pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over the top of crescent rolls. Unroll 1 can of crescent rolls and place on top of the cream cheese mixture. Beat egg white until frothy. Brush egg white over the top of the crescent rolls and cream cheese. Sprinkle with sugar.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until crescent rolls are golden brown.

Special Equipment Needed


I use a Silpat instead of a 9 x 13 pan and it works great. The cooking time on the silpat is about 20 minutes. On the second can of crescent rolls I break them apart and place them on the top of the cream mixture leaving some of the cream cheese exposed.
