  • Dice onion and toss it with the cheese in a skillet. Heat oil in pan with chili powder, cumin, salt, and garlic. Cook spices for 2 minutes stirring occasionally. When spices are well mixed, add flour and stir. When well blended add 3 cups of water stir in slowly to make a thick sauce. When sauce becomes thick turn off and set aside.
  • Heat corn tortillas up then run them through the sauce. Fill with cheese then roll them up like a taquito. Put in a baking dish when finished rolling all. Add remaining sauce on top and cheese. Then bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 350 degrees until cheese is completely melted.

Special Equipment Needed


You can add ground beef to this recipe or add a can of wolf brand chili to the sauce for a tex mex taste.
