  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Filling:
  • Combine Swiss and mozzarella, all but 3 Tbsp. of the parmesan, ricotta cheese and pepper. Fill each shell with 2 Tbsp. of cheese mixture. Place in a 9x13x2-inch baking pan.
  • Sauce:
  • Heat oil and garlic in a small sauce pan. Stir in butter. Continue cooking over low heat until garlic is golden. Remove from heat. Stir in bread crumbs and parsley.
  • Pour sauce over shells. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Cover pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove cover. Bake an additional 10 minutes.

Special Equipment Needed


After cooking shells, rinse them in cold water to prevent them from getting mushy. This makes filling them easier.
