  • Mix together the Bisquick Mix and the cheese. Add the milk and mix to form a soft dough mixing well.
  • Drop dough by spoonfuls onto a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 to 450°F. Bake till light brown, approx. 8 to 10 min. Do not over bake.
  • Topping: Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush liberally on the hot biscuits as they come out of the oven.

Special Equipment Needed


I use mild & sharp Kraft Cheese, mixed. I also play with the amount of garlic to taste. For eye appeal I use Kraft Yellow Cheddar Cheese. Regular butter for me is too salty so I use the unsalted. From Patti's Pantry
