  • Preheat the oven at 350°F. Boil the cauliflower and the broccoli in salted water for about 3 minutes, until crisp tender. Drain the florets and wash them in cold water to stop the cooking process, and then put them in a bowl. Mix the sour cream with the eggs and pour the mix over the cauliflower and broccoli and toss gently together.
  • Spray a 9x9 baking dish with a non-stick cooking spray and pour the mix in. Add the parmesan cheese and the bread crumbs and mix gently again.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes, and then add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for another 5-10 minutes until the cheese melted and looks golden-brown.
