  • Boil chicken until done set aside to cool; Save the broth the chicken was boiled in (to cook spaghetti). When the chicken is cool enough to handle shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix chicken, soups and broth heat thoroughly. Add Velveeta and stir to avoid sticking until melted.
  • In another pan, saute celery, green pepper, onion, and olives until crispy then add to chicken sauce.
  • Cook spaghetti in the reserved chicken broth; drain. Add the chicken sauce to the spaghetti and stir until all ingredients are mixed well. Transfer to a 9x13 pan and top with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 350°F for 5 min. Can refrigerate or freeze before cooking!
