  • Mix together ground chuck, tomato sauce, egg, onion, bread crumbs, and green pepper. Mix well. Add the Kraft Velveeta cheese and mix well.
  • Form into a meatloaf shape and put in roasting pan, covered. Add the tomato soup around the meatloaf.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 2 hours.


My family never liked meatloaf until I came across this recipe. I've passed it on to my children and my grandchildren love it! The cheese comes out in the meatloaf and in the tomato soup juice. If you like a more cheesy flavor, you can always add more cheese. Enjoy!

    I made this for friends we were having for dinner having never made it before. THIS RECIPE ROCKS!!!! I got rave reviews for this meatloaf and now this is the only meatloaf I want to make or that gets requested of me! We are going to a birthday party Friday night and I am making a double batch of this to take with me!!! This is a super moist meatloaf with loads ot taste and flavor!!!!! You wont be disappointed making this one!
