  • Cut a pocket in the pork chops, along the side as deep as you can get, set aside (in fridge). Combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • Take out chops, stuff each one and seal edge with one or two toothpicks, stuffing will puff out some.
  • Bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees F in a pan with sides.

Serve with potatoes and salad or hot veggies. Great on a cool fall night! This is my fiancé's favorite meal. He loves to cook and the recipe came from him. Using the cheese instead of bread crumbs makes the stuffing extra good! You can also use this stuffing to stuff a pork loin roast. Hope you enjoy.
