  • In Dutch oven or large sauce pan, brown hamburger and drain. Stir in taco seasoning, corn, beans and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until heated through.
  • Place 1/4 cup crushed chips and 1/4 cup cheese in the bottom of soup bowls. Ladle soup over chips and cheese and then sprinkle more chips and cheese over the top of the bowl of soup.
  • Delicious served with warmed buttered tortillas.

Special Equipment Needed


This really hits the spot on a cold day and it tastes even better when it is warmed up a couple of days later, if you have any leftovers. This recipe can be doubled to make 8-10 servings.
