  • 1. Combine soups, water and cooked chicken, mix well.
  • 2. Add uncooked Minute Rice® and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3. Place French fried onions on top of mixture and simmer 10 minutes more.


To prepare the cooked chicken breast halves, place in a skillet with enough water to just cover. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Cut to test. Drain and cut into cubes. I usually do this the day before, then refrigerate.
