  • 1) Make slits on both sides of the chicken breast so spices soak in. Add all the dry spices plus 1/2 cup of yogurt to chicken breast and mix well. While chicken is marinating start on yogurt and cucumber topping.
  • 2) Mix shredded cucumber with the rest of the yogurt (1 cup). Add salt to taste, as well as a pinch of red pepper powder, set aside.
  • 3) Heat a skillet on med/high heat with about 2 tablespoon of cooking oil. When oil is hot add chicken pieces and cook on each side for about 5 minutes. When chicken is done spoon on about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt and cucumber mixture on each of the breast and finally garnish with sprigs of fresh coriander...enjoy :)
