I always use a glass dish so I can check the bottom. When it has a little golden color I know it is finished.
This recipe can have endless possibilites. If you love vegetables (peas, cubed potatoes and tomato wedges work well) you can fry them with the chicken but if you have picky children around, they will love to eat this simple version.
It is always best to let it sit out for 10-15 min. before serving to let it cool down a bit and the sauce to set.
