  • Use cold water in pan large enough to handle the pasta and add the pepper. Also add the butter to water and bring to boil. Add pasta.
  • While water is coming to boil, rinse the breasts and pat dry then pound gently the breasts so they can be folded. Take 2 slices of Swiss cheese and add about 6 to 8 pieces of pepperoni. Put pepperoni between slices of the cheese. Lay the ingredients on 1/2 of breast. Using knife crush 1 clove of garlic and add that. If using powder, put it between the slices of cheese. Fold the breast over.
  • Add oil to skillet coming 1/4 or 1/2 way up the breasts of chicken. Turning the chicken once, cook chicken an average of 9 minutes each side or until you are satisfied of doneness. By the time you are finished cooking the chicken, the pasta will be done.
  • If no oil is desired, use chicken broth instead. If chicken broth is used, it can be poured over meal. Put chicken on bed of pasta and pour some of oil over meat and pasta or if using chicken broth pour over also.
