  • Combine bread crumbs, parmesan, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Dip chicken in melted butter, then in crumb mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degreese F. Bake chicken in a shallow pan or on a rimmed cookie sheet for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Notes

Serve with rice pilaf. Leftovers are great in a Caesar Chef Salad.
