  • Cut chicken in cubes or strips. Cook on high heat in covered pot for the natural juices.
  • Add coffee, let simmer for a few minutes. Add soy sauce, plum sauce, and broccoli, cut up desired amount. Cover and simmer till broccoli tender.
  • Side dish of pierogies or over a bed of rice white preferred. Add mozzarella cheese to top when added to plate.
