  • Clean and cut chicken breasts into strips. Season with a little Lawry’s seasoned salt and drizzle with olive oil. In skillet brown chicken for 3 to 5 minutes or until done and tender. Cook chicken in batches or in a large wok on high flame.
  • Chop peppers and onions into strips. Boil spaghetti according to box instructions, 4 to 5 minutes before draining spaghetti. Add broccoli on top of boiling water and let steam until tender. After, browning chicken, set aside and saute peppers and onions in a little olive oil. Cook until tender; set aside.
  • When spaghetti and broccoli is done, in large pot mix together pasta and broccoli. Sprinkle with dash of red pepper flakes. Add soy sauce to pasta and broccoli according to taste. Add chicken with peppers and mix together. Add peanuts and serve hot with Italian bread. Yummy!
