  • Cut chicken into chunks and stir fry in 1/4 olive oil until thoroughly cooked. Make pasta per directions and cook broccoli to desired tenderness.
  • Toss it all into a serving bowl with dressing and the remainder of the olive oil. Serve and garnish with the freshly grated parmesan cheese.

    We have had this dish in our family for as long as i can remember, however, we skip the pesto and add LOTS of garlic. Interesting twist on an old favorite, thanks!
