  • TOSS lettuce (1 pound = 8 cups chopped lettuce), chicken strips, croutons, cheese, dressing and black pepper to taste in large salad bowl; set aside while you prepare dessert for baking.
  • MIX peaches (1 pound = 2 cups), flour and 1/2 teaspoon of the cinnamon in 9-inch square baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
  • MIX cereal, margarine, and remaining 1/2 tsp. cinnamon in small bowl. Spread over peach mixture.
  • BAKE at 350oF for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  • SPLIT salad between four people, and enjoy while dessert bakes.
  • SERVE dessert with 8 ounces (1 cup) milk per person.
