  • Cut the tenders into bite sized pieces. Heat oil in wok or frying pan and swirl around.
  • Add the garlic and dried chilies and fry until golden brown. Add the chicken and stir-fry until cooked golden brown. Add the red peppers and stir-fry sweating out vegetables.
  • Stir in oyster sauce, soy sauce, green onions, and cashew nuts. Stir-fry for an additional 1 - 2 minutes or until heated through.

Notes

Additional vegetables can be added to taste.
